Great Owl Renovations Inc is a family-owned and operated business, founded in 2001 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The company was named after Great Horned Owl-provincial bird of Alberta.

Great Owl Renovations Inc is a full service residential general contractor known for complete customized renovation services. We specialize in remodeling, renovations and additions. We supply and install cabinets for: kitchens, bathrooms, offices and provide storage solutions to your house.

We take full responsibility for all the aspects of your renovation project from the city permit to the final completion. Our team is fully experienced at home improvement and renovation projects.

Meet our team:

• The company principals include Alex Riabov and Yelena Voyevoda.
  
  
• Alex is on the site regularly and physically working on your project and oversees all coordination of subcontractors to ensure that every detail is completed as it should be. His SAIT cabinetmaking and decks construction course together with over 15 years of hands on experience in custom renovation projects make our customers feel safe and protected.
  
  
• Yelena works as project manager to make sure that all the plans are implemented on schedule and within budget; she handles negotiations and relationship-building with all vendors, materials purchases, and customer interaction. Her diploma with highest honor in Interior Decorating, diploma with Honor as Chef and diploma in Accounting & Finance is the real benefit for the company and give our customers the opportunity to create functional & affordable design solution for every space in their dream home.
  
  
• We are teaming with the master plumber-Frank at N - Sink Plumbing, master electrician-Nick at Nona Electric Services Inc, Cobre Custom Woodworking ( custom cabinets & refinishing), Barry Leedholm ( journeman carpenter), Icon Stone & Tiles ( granite top supplier), Onesta Tiles ( natural stone & tiles supplier), Mathew Dumka-handyman services, very often with an architect to make sure everything goes the  way you expect it to be during every phase of your  renovation project;
